Many sites today attempt to look like legimate sites (even to search engines) in an attempt to get users to visit them.  Many times when an unsuspecting user visits their page they see something else entirely.

Parked domain traffic is at an all time high.  Most users will click on links through parked domains thinking it is a legitimate site.  Using the Safe to View toolbar you are warned in advance of a sites intentions.  You can even control what category of sites you wish to notified of.
